An Epic Trip for Michelle's 40th Birthday!
Oh how I love the skyr (Icelandic style yogurt). It's not quite as thick as Greek, and much less sweetened than in the US. Positively delicious. Wish I could bring a case home.
The hardest part... well one of the hardest parts :) of coming home, leaving behind all the cool ass foods we don't have here.
